Welcome to Quail Hollow Estates IV!
Whether you are a new or longstanding resident of Quail Hollow Estates IV (QHEIV), follow these easy steps to get connected to our neighborhood.
- If you are a new QHEIV homeowner - Complete and submit the new resident form below. This lets us know you are here and we can reach out with more information. Then follow instructions for creating an account in the next paragraph.
- If you are a homeowner but have never registered - Create a free account for your household by clicking on the register link above and completing the form. Make sure you add INDIVIDUAL members for everyone in your household (including pets!) and your street address. (This will ensure the accuracy of your information in our neighborhood directory, which is published every other year.) Once you complete all information, click the Register button and we will be notified of your request for an account.
- If you have registered but don't know your login - Click the login link above and then the “Forgot Password?” link to reset your password. If you have an account you will be able to reset your password by following the prompts.
- If your spouse or partner doesn't have a login, simply login to your account, click on your name above, select Account Settings, then under the Members tab, add any adults (and pets) to your account.
Orientation for newcomers or current residents
- Newcomers, once you are settled in your new home, we'd love to schedule a time to meet you in person to give you an overview of the neighborhood association and answer all your questions about your new neighborhood. Click here to contact our Welcome Committee.
- Current residents: if you'd like to know more about the neighborhood and your HOA Board, we're happy to meet with you and get you up to speed on HOA activities and how you can get involved.
