Some helpful hints:
- Garbage collection is every Wednesday, recycle is every other week.
- Check out our Community Calendar, there is a lot going on and a great way to get involved.
- Homeowner Association dues are paid annually, notices are sent in July. ($216)
- Planning on making exterior changes to your property? Be sure to familiarize yourself with the Architectural Control Committee guidelines listed here, then complete and send a Request Form.
- Connect your whole household! Once you have created your Account, Go into Member Settings (click on your name in the upper right of the home page and select Member Settings in the dropdown) and add all members of your household, including children and pets.
